Between 7th and 13th of March, we hosted a training seminar in Reykjavík for 20 youth workers, as part of the Erasmus+ KA2 project From Inside Out.

 

Our colleagues from YouinEurope Greece, Cj Aguedan , Ayuntamiento de Maracena, Psientífica and EPEKA Network also joined us. 

 

The main objectives were to share best practices used by youth workers in raising Mental Health Awareness with young people; to learn new and accessible methodologies that promote a positive a dialogue about mental health topics, and continuing developing the Toolbox with good practices that will be shared at the end of the project.
